Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am going through a divorce, and my attorney just withdrew from the case. I was given a request for interrogatories as well as a request for production from the other party. Do I have to complete these requests? Does the plantiff have do to do the same?

Yes, you have to complete the "discovery"--the Request for Production (documents) and the Interrogatories (questions) within the time alloted.

The plaintiff has to do it only if you serve him with similar requests and interrogatories.
