The cheapest way is to get the forms and do it yourself. There is a self-help center in Las Vegas on Pecos and Bonanza. If you do a joint petition for divorce there is only 1 filing fee. However, the divorce must be uncontested. I do not advise doing a contested divorce yourself without an attorney or a paralegal.
