Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Divorce

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have not resided together since November 2001 and wish to declare the marriage contract void .

By the way, we did not record our marriage in Turkish Consulate Office in US and in any local attorney in Turkey.

Both of us are Turkish citizen and we live in Turkey.

None of us has never lived in US.

We have no children, no property/debts and none of us wants any spousal support and we are willing to sign the divorce papers in front of a notary public at a United States Consulate Office in Istanbul.

Which U.S. divorce would be valid in Turkey aswell..

Could you please send me the right Divorce Processing information.

You have to be a resident of Nevada for 6 weeks to get a divorce in our state.
