My husband is mia in the military. And has re married. And we are still married i am looking for a divorce but i don't i am not sure how to do that. And how much is it going to cost me.. I have no contact with him

Most attorneys charge by the hour and are going to need a $2,500 retainer. If you cannot afford an attorney you can use Family Court's Self-Help Center.

If he is in the military, then his commanding officer will have his contact information.

Get in touch with your husband and see if he is agreeable to a divorce.

The price for a divorce differs depending upon how much work is involved and if there are children and/or property to be divided.

The self help center is good for some people, but not for others.
