Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

divorce

I live in Nevada my husband left me on April 11,2007 we have 2 minor children. Neither of us has filed for divorce and my husband does not pay any child support. I want to move to Reno and file for divorce up there we presently live in Las Vegas, legally can i do this?

You need to give your husband notice of your move but yoy can do so as the move is within the same state.
