Divorce

I have been married for 7 years. My husband left me during the first several months of our marriage. He fled to another country and I have no whereabouts in Asia he lives.

I've been wanting to unmarry with this man, but don't know how when he has left the country for literally 7 years and apparently is not coming back to the states.

How do I divorce someone when the live in another country?

If you do not know where someone is located you can notify them of the divorce action by requesting that the court allow you to publish in a newspaper in Nevada rather than serving him directly.

You should be able to obtain a divorce by publication.
