Divorce

I have been married for 15 years and out of work for the first time and now my husband wants a divorce. Will I be able to get allimony and the car we purchased under my corporation.

Of course you will get alimony. Insofar as the corporate car that depends on how good of an attorney you get.

Probably. Is your husband still working? Do you have children together? As to the car, is it free and clear, if not, who would make payments? Do you own the corporation by yourself?

The court may award temporary spousal support. Alternately, the court can require your husband to maintain the household and household expenses, mortgage, credit cards etc. You also mention that you have a corporation. If that corporation generates income and/or has value the court can take that into consideration during the divorce. You should speak to an attorney about your situation and all of the facts so that the attorney can better advise you.
