Divorce and Remarring

I have a divorce pending going on 3 years now. If I go ahead and remarry now befor the divorce, what are the consiquences if any?

Re: Divorce and Remarring

If you marry before you get divorced your new marriage will be considered void and illegal. Also it is considered bigamy to marry more than one person. This is a felony.
