Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

divorce/annulment

We live in Florida but got married in Las Vegas 5 months ago. Is it possible to get an annulment or do we have to do a divorce? What is the first step? We have nothing to fight over.

Based on the limited information provided, it appears that a divorce (or dissolution of marriage) is required. Annulment is justified only if there was in fact no real marriage formed, due to fraud, misrepresentation, lack of consummation, etc. You are advised to consult with an attorney who can review your situation in depth and advise you accordingly.
