Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

When I divorced in 2007, I gave the home to the ex, with on divorce decree that he had five years to refinance. he plans to leave it and let it go into foreclousure, and just move out. not behind on payments. my name is still on the paperwork. can I move into the home, when he leaves/

Depends on whether you are still on title. Are you getting alimony because if you are, you could modify it to reflect that he is not paying on the house when he moves out?
