BEEN DIVORCED SINCE 2002 MARRIED 26 YEARS,SHE GOT HALF OF RETIREMENT,IS REMARRIED TO A WEALTHY MAN AND I AM OUT OF WORK.CAN RECIEVE HALF MY RET.PAY STARTING 2011.I AM 57 YEARS OLD SHE IS 56.IS SHE STILL INTITLED TO HALF,AND IF SO CAN I AMMEND THE DIVORCE DECREE ISSUED IN NEVADA?sHE HAS BEEN REMARRIED SIX MONTHS AFTER DIVORCE

Short version: no. Her remarriage is no more relevant to the division of property in your divorce than your remarriage would be. Pensions are property, the distribution of which on divorce is not affected by future marital status. See http://www.willicklawgroup.com/property_rights_division.
