Domestic dispute
Child support was implemented thru
the da's office at that time no custody
terms were set, although temp
physical was granted to me I assume
that's just a standard thing since I
didn't file custody papers we got into a
physical fight tonight he called the
police and wouldn't let our son go we/
me insted of playing tug of war on a 5
yr old I stopped and told my son I
loved him and gave him a kiss then I
left the house before the police got
there. I need to know what paperwork
needs to be filed in order to not have
the custodial and non custodial parent
to see the child until he/she seeks help

Need to file a Petition for sole custody and conditional supervised visitation in Family Court.
