Domestic partner
i have been living with a domestic partner or about 20 years. am buying a home her name is only on th utility bills. She has admitted that se is cheating and wants to continue with her new friend.Can I legally have her put out?

Sorry, no can do. Nevada follows the Lee Marvin decision out of California and, although there is no common law, when you live for someone that long there is an implied partnership or joint venture and you have to do a dissolution in District Court. The cops nor the constable will evict her.
