Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I had a domestic violence order filed against me and it was granted. The order expired over a year and 6 months ago. How do I file to get this off my record, for employment checks (I am in medical field) and a concealed gun permit? I live in NV and the complaintant lives in NH. I have had NO contact for ages.

Also I have a NH warrant for my arrest on a charge that I violated this order( via phone call and hangup on my part). How long is a misdomeanor warrant good for? The rest of my life or years

( it had been over 3 years) I want to go to visit family in NH but I am afraid of getting caught and arrested on this charge.

My answer is only as good as the information you provided. If you had a temporary protection order against you that is much different from being convicted of domestic violence. So, which is it? A TPO or a DV conviction, or both?
