Can Emails and Voice Recordings be used in divorce/custody cases? (state of Nevada)

It depends on details you have not revealed. From whom? To whom? How were they obtained? By and large, folks give "consent" to being recorded whenever they leave a message, since they know the recording is taking place. But there are rules, both federal and State, about interception of electronic communications.
