my ex-girlfriend has petition the court with her lawyer to relcoate our daughter to niagara falls,she primary custody.I have visitation on Tues,Weds from 9-5 but for the last seven years i have seeing my daughter almost everday past three years i picked her from pre-school,K,and now frist grade,we do hmwrk daily togther,and Spent the night two times a week,and i kept longer when her morther had to work long hrs and she went out town.How can i stop or fight this petition?

You need competent counsel. Under the 2009 Rivero opinion, a court is to do a one-year "look-back" to determine whether the parties have actually been exercising "joint custody" (60/40 time share or closer); if so, resisting relocation is a bit easier.
