Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My ex-husband and I have joint 50/50 custody of our 4 year old daughter.Next year she will be starting kindergraten and i feel its better for her to be in one stable household. My ex wants her to goto school with him and of course i want her to goto school with me. Ive looked into mediation to see what kind of options i have ..and of course i know he will probably not agree to going. I rather not goto court with this inless completely neccesary. I would like to know what is the easiest way to resolve this conflict and what i would need to do to start this process.

Try mediation before you file a motion. If you come to an agreement, get a lawyer to write it up and get a judge to sign the agreement as a court order. If you can't agree, you will need to file a motion. If you would like an appointment, send me an email. [email protected]
