Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
My exhusband has not made any attempt to visit his sons in almost 6 years. I had to hire an agency just to get child support. I would like to move out of the state. Since he has not made any attempt in contacting his children what should I do?

Several items.
First, look at your court order. If, as it should, it contains "get written consent or a court order" language, then do one of those things before relocating. Full information about the controlling law is set out on the Child Custody page of the firm web site, at http://www.willicklawgroup.com/child_custody_visitation.
Second, virtually all "agencies" for child support collection are a gross rip-off. See:

You should probably seek consultation with an appropriate family law specialist. I would suggest starting your search with the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, the Nevada chapter of which can be viewed at http://www.aaml.org/go/fellows/fellows-by-state/?showResults=true&state=NV.
If you decide you would like to discuss this with one of the attorneys of this firm, please take a look at our consultation policies, procedures, and costs, at http://www.willicklawgroup.com/consultation_policies.
