How do i get my ex-husband to sign a quit claim deed on the house i reicived in the divorse,when hes locked up in nevada state prison for life and refuses to sign

You probably do not have to. See your divorce attorney about filing an "NRCP 70" motion -- essentially getting the Clerk of the Court to sign in place of your ex, resulting in transfer of the property for all legal purposes. If your attorney does not know about such things, or you did not have a lawyer, see a family law specialist in this firm or some other to file the appropriate motion.

If you want to hire a lawyer to do this, I have done this twice in my 24 years of practice. I would charge $1,000, including the recording of the deed costs.
