Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My Ex-Wife wants me to take physical Custody of my daughter. it is really time sensitive due to the fact my Daughters Step Father is moving back into the house in a couple of days. so I can not wait for the courts what is the best way or paperwork I can have my Ex-Wife sign so that way she can't charge me with Parental abduction. We do have Joint Custody?

The fastest way is for you and your ex-wife to do a stipulation and order to change primary physical custody. I would recommend getting an attorney or paralegal to do this as certain mandatory language should be included in the document.
