My ex-wife has attack my new wife twice now, the police didn't do anything because thier was no wittness. At least on the first attack the second time their was a wittness and now the judge wants a non-jury evidentral hearing. My ex-wife keeps filing motion after motion is there anyway to put a stop to this. I have already spent over 9,000 just this year for atty's fee's. She always makes false allegation about me and my wife. But when we go to court her atty never brings it up and here i spent money trying to prove them wrong. We go to court again aug.19,02. I had my son in private school and she was ordered to pay 1/2 of tuition and she didn't so their dropped him.She has made my life a living hell not to mention what she has done to my wife. What can i do. Please help me.Is their some case statue i can use or bring up in court. I do have a atty but i don't feel i'm getting money's worth. This has been going on for 8yrs.And it's breaking me. Me and my wife both work two jobs so we can pay atty's fee's and court cost.

There is no statute that prevents her from filing repetitive motions. However, your attorney can ask the court to sanction her if there is no basis for her repetitive motions. If she has to pay your attorneys fees every time she goes into court she may change her mind about proceeding to court.
