Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Family law living trust
Can we buy a legal form for our living trust which we have filled out and have it signed by a notorary to make it a legal document in court?
Does it take the place of a will or is it added to it? Any information would be appreciated

Yes, you can buy a form and have it signed. If it is done correctly, it is a legal document for a court. The trust package will have a will in it. I don't believe that this is something that you should do yourself because the problem is if you made an error, your heirs will only know after you passed away, and then it is too late and much more expensive.

I wouldn't recommend using a form. It needs to be done right or it could end up being useless.
