process in nevada to file for divorce?

If you and your spouse can agree on how you will be dividing your assets, debts, time with the children (if applicable), spousal support (if applicable) and child support (if applicable) then you can prepare a joint petition which both of you sign and submit to the court with the Decree of Divorce, relevant affidavits relating to residency, submission documents and Welfare ID sheet. If there are children you will each need to take the "Cope" course and the Joint Petition needs to include additional information such a visitation schedule, holiday schedule, medical insurance etc.
