Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Family Law
recently divorced, my ex-husband was court ordered to have a quadro prepared. while he has not complied with this order, my divorce attorney decided she no longer wants to represent me. How can I get him to comply. He just recently retired from the air force, of 30 years.
Pls advise, Thanks

Re: Family Law
It is probably best to get the QDRO prepared and then go to court to get the fees reimbursed. It would probably cost $800 to get the QDRO prepared.

Re: Family Law
Your new attorney may want to recommend a "Military Qualifying Court Order", rather than a QDRO, which your new attorney can explain further.
