If A father has established paternity and is on the birth certificate, and the mother wont let him see the baby what can he do?

I strongly recomend filing a petition in court to get some custody rights. You should think about joint legal and joint physical custody if that is feasible, otherwise consider joint legal and primary physical. Read my article on these subjects at:
