fcps is destroying us now for almost 3 years
how do i get my childern back after cps has taken them based on false allogations. they have had them for approx 2 1/2 years because they said their mother tested positive for Meth upon delivery of our twins. Yet we have all the lab reports from the hospital and they show all parties as being negative (no drugs found at time of birth). I brought this to their attention yet they are still making excusses and this has nearly destroyed us financially, mentally and I am worried that there is no end in sight. Please I/we need help

I have represented over 100 parents in the area of abuse and neglect and have gotten many parents their children back. Are you children in Clark County or Arizona?

File a motion in Family Court to obtain physical and legal custody of your children.

If your children are currently in foster care you would need to file a formal Petition with the Family Court in your county. If you are submitting such a petition you will need to show the Court that you are fit to properly care for your children.
If the issues surrounding your children being taken away involves drug use you are going to have to show clean drug screens along with other documentation.
