Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

MY FIANCE AND I ARE HAVIN ALOT OF PROBLEMS WITH HIS EX. HE NEVER GOT MARRIED BUT HAS 2 KIDS WITH HER. HE IS PAYING CHILD SUPPORT. EVERYTIME WE GET THE KIDS THE KIDS ARE A MESS. THERE DIRTY, NOT FED MOST THE TIME, HAVE DIRTY CLOTHES ON, AND SHE IS ALWAYS ASKING FOR MORE MONEY WE DONT SAY NO. IF THE KIDS NEED ANYTHING WE BUY IT FOR THEM BUT THE THING IS SHE HAS ANNOTHER CHILD AND SHE IS UNEMPLOYED AND NOT SEEKING. BUT MY MAIN CONCERN IS THIS NOW THAT SCHOOL STARTED THE OLDEST WHICH IS 5 GOT ENROLLED LATE. SHE DIDNT TAKE HIM FOR HIS SHOTS TILL LAST FRIDAY(aug26) ASKING FOR MORE MONEY AND TOLD US THAT HE WAS GONNA START SCHOOL THIS THUESDAY BUT TO OUR SUPPRISE TODAY(aug31) SHE CALLED SAYING THAT SHE STILL DIDNT ENROLL HIM AND HE HAS TO GOT BECAUSE HER ID EXPIRED SO ALL THE SCHOOL PAPER WORK IS UNDER HIS NAME. BY ALL OF THIS THAT SHE HAS DONE CAN WE TAKE FULL CUSTODY OF HIS KIDS. WE ARE EVERY CONCERN IN THE WAY THEY ARE LIVING!
