Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

What do I need to file next?

Husband and wife have a 3 year old son. Wife left the son with husband and moved out of state. Husband filed a complaint for divorce. Wife answered complaint and Husband replied to answer. Husband scheduled Early Case Conference (16.2 ) Filed and served wife notice of conference. Wife did not attend conference. There are still issues that are not resolved about child custody and visitation.

Husband has been told to

File a request for a CMC (from one lawyer)

File the Individual Case Conference Report stating wife did not show (Family Court Self Help Clerk)

File a Motion to Resolve Parent-Child Issues (from Judges Assistant)

File a Pretrial Memorandum (Family Court Self Help Clerk)

File a Request for Default (From Paralegal)

File a Motion to Show Cause Why Defendant should not be held in contempt (Family Court Self Help)

So what is the next thing to do?

It is doubtful that the wife will travel back here for legal matters. \

It would be exceedingly difficult to lay out an entire roadmap for litigation on a listserve. Notwithstanding, the next step at this point would be to file an Individual Case Conference Report.
