Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

i would like to filed for divorce. my husband moved out aug 3rd of this year left me with alot of bills i am trying to catch up on .we have a car payment which according to the dealer he has not paid on. i am disabled and its really hard to try to my bills straight with help i do have our daughter here to help but it is not her responsiblity to get me straight .he is requesting things from the house which i feel like he is not entitled to . i dont know what to do or where to go for help. please can you give me any advice or help
