Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I am going to be filing for an uncontested divorce soon. My wife had 2 children before she met me. I have not adopted them, and I am not planning on being a part of their life after the divorce. We have been married for under 2 years. Would I chose the divorce form for "with children" or "without children," and is there any chance I would have to pay child support?

On the facts as you project them, use "without children" and no, no substantial possibility of a support obligation. See http://www.willicklawgroup.com/child_support.
