what form do i file if i am in the middle of a divorce and the person i am divorcing is buying a house

Well, there is no "form" per se. If what you are asking is the mechanism by which you relinquish any interest in the home being acquired by your soon-to-be-ex, that would be a "quitclaim deed" that any title, mortgage, escrow company --especially the one handling your spouse's new home -- should be willing to provide.

If your question is different, you will have to provide a better explanation of what you are trying to accomplish.
