Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Is there a form to request representation in court? The judge is not supporting my questions, while my wife has her mother, not an attorney, acting on her behalf. The court officer has been advising my wife, the defendant. I feel I have no rights except to pay 50% of my income in alimony and child support.

Courts are not required to provide you with an attorney in civil--family court cases. You must seek out an attorney on your own and pay for her.

Your wife's mother cannot represent her in court. If you wish to consult with an attorney about your rights and obligations, please contact me.
