Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I found evidence that my father has been cheating on my mother, i have actual pictures to prove it, My mom wants a divorce but wants to know since she has been the one to earn more money that my father will be half to give him half of the assets earned? such as money, house but it is under my name as well, cars and so on.
