full child custody
i am a mother who has a 22 month old daughter.i had to move to arizona for support in supporting my daughter financially since her father kicked us out of our home we had together and refused to help me while i try to work and get back on my feet when she was born. how do i go about legally getting full custody of my daughter and taking away parental rights from her biological father who doesnt want to help support his daughter?

You would file either a Petition For Custody if you're not married or for divorce. Jurisdiction is where the child has lived for 6 months.
