Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My girlfriend had a baby about 6 months ago. I was in jail when the baby was born. she asked me to sign a letter statin that was my baby so she could years old. now that i'm out she tells me it's not mine She refuse to take a dna test for the child. what can i do to stop the ss benefits until i can prove that the child is mine.

You can petition the Familly Court to determine paternity and the Court can order a dna test.
