Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I want to give up my parental righrs. My two children live in california ,i never see them or talk to them and they call my ex wifes boyfriend dad. They are ages 5 and 6. She constantly starts fights and makes threating calls , i cant take it any more.

You cannot terminate your own parental duties. At the very least, you are still expected to support them.
