grandparent visitation

my son's girlfriend refuses to let my mother (great grandma)and myself to see our our grandchild.she lives next to her parents and they all are smoking meth and is supposely 4 mos preg. again. Do we have any rights and if so what do we have to do.

Grandparents have the right to visitation and to secure the best interest of the child by applying for guardianship through the court.
