Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
guardianship/adult ward
My sister recently gained guardianship over myself, now considered to be an adult ward. I am going to court to try and get the guardianship terminated. If i lose in court how soon afterwards am i able to appeal and if i forfeited my right to an attorney on this first court date am i able to somehow get a public defender (or other attorney) to help me appeal the decision? The court is clark county/lasvegas family courts

Public defenders only do criminal cases. You would have to get a private attorney. You could try Clark County Pro Bono Services.
