Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I hired an attorney to get guardian ship of my mother.5 months ago.. she past away 2-months ago. I am the executer of the living trust. and my brother just hired the same attorney and is taking me to court to get me off as the executer of the trust is there a law or wouldnt it be a conflict of interest for the same attorney to take my brothers case against me

I believe that the attorney has a conflict of interest. You may have told him something in the course of the guardianship relating to your mother that creates the conflict of interest.
