Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
Home ownership
My soon to be ex wife bought a condo 3 monts before we got married. She bought it knowing I would live there from day 1. The mortgage is in her name, we have a home equity loan in both our names. What are my rights?

Re: Home ownership
It is not community property under Nevada law, because it was bought before the marriage.
You do, however, have a community interest in it. You have to "trace" the contributions made during marriage.
She is liable on the mortgage, you are both liable on the home equity loan.
