Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

My ex husband is claiming that on one of the visits with my children to my house, that my son went missing, and I drove my daughter around the neighborhood looking for my son. My ex claims my daughter told one of his friends. Now he will not follow court orders, for me to see our kids. My question is doesnt he need proof of his lies? I a sure he will have his friend lie to the court, but he cant have my 6 and 8 year old children lie in court can he? And doesnt he need proof of his false claims?

If your ex-husband is not following court orders, you should return to court. And yes, it is generally true that he would need substantial evidence to support his stories.
