Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Husband moved from Nich at mortuary

My husband was moved from his nich at a mortuary. His ashes were scattered without my permission. His parents did this, and the mortuary allowed it. I was the next of kin!! Not them. Do I have any recourse with the mortuary? I have 2 niches that were next to my husbands, but now there of no use to me and my daughter since my husband isn't there any longer. I need to know if there is anything I can do about this matter. I believe that the mortuary has made a big error and must correct the error in some way. I have been told that the wife is the next of kin, then the children, then last would be the parents. His parents signed a form stating ''they are all of the next of kin''. And that they were the owners of the nich where my husband was placed. Which is not turth.

Re: Husband moved from Nich at mortuary

Wife and children are in the first degree of consanguinity and parents are in the second degree. I do not know if the parents mislead the mortuary. The damages may be difficult to establish as the case is really against the parents.
