Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Husband has been paying support for his son for 16 years, he started a job 5 months ago that offers health ins. we decided not to get it because it is to expensive. H.R. called my husband yesterday and said he had to buy it because it states in his divorce decree to carrie med ins.. However it is $350 a month and then his child support totals $1,000 a month.. Is this legal.. Can they make him buy ins. if he doesn't want it???

Yes. You either need to go back to court and explain your situation, obtain a cheaper private health insurance policy or work it out through a stipulation and order with mom.
