It is doubtful that he can, but you should look to your Decree to see if alimony has been waived in the future. NRS 125.150 sets forth factors for awarding alimony, but unlike child support, modifying alimony based upon a change in income after the divorce is much more difficult. Your income is not that much greater than his unemployment income. If you get served with a motion for alimony I would recommend contacting a family law attorney to oppose the motion.
