Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
If a husband and wife own a business together from the ground up and they are getting a divorce and the husbands name is on everything and the wife works in the business everyday, the husband and wife have been living seperately and have been on speaking terms for over a year. The husband now has become bitter over personal issues and wants to fire the wife. From the beggining the husband has stated to the wife "it's your business do what ever you want" and was opened for her to run. What are her legal rights?

In a community property state, there are a few scenarios that come to mind.
If the business was purchased before the marriage by one, the other has a community interest in it.
If the business was created entirely during the marriage, then both have community shares.
One can buy the other out.
You can prepare a marital settlement agreement (postnuptial agreement).
