Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

joint custody relocation

My ex husband and i during our divorce both decided to move back to our home state of wa in the near future. We are currently living in las vegas. My living situation has changed and i am needing to leave sooner then my ex husband. He says that i am not allowed to leave until hes ready to leave. What are my options

If you want to take the children with you, you will have to get his permission or file a motion in divorce court to move with the children.
