Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

I have joint legal and physical custody of my 3 1/2 yr old daughter. Sometimes I call her 10yr sister to check up on them on the days I dont have my daughter. Today I called my stepdaughter on her cell to check up on them, come to find out they were both alone with their mom's new boyfriend and boyfriend's brother. This is not the first time this happens, she leaves them with new boyfriends or people I don't know.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

Can I pick up my daughter when this happens, if she's not there?

She can have people babysit. I recommend funding out all you can using a private investigator to do background checks. If she is never around, then you can ask the court for the "right of first refusal."
