Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada
I have Joint Physical Custody of my 81/2 year old son and am currently living in Nevada. my question is my husband and I were thinking of moving back to California where all our family is and I need to know id I have to go back to court to ask if I can move?

According to Nevada law, you have to have your ex's written permission, the child's father, or the court's permission to move with your child outside of Nevada.
