Hi my name is Jose Luciano and have a girlfriend which one I live with her and two of her daughter, my girlfriend right is pregnan and i want a full custody of my baby which is the only one she have from me how i can have a full custody of my baby unborn yet and what papers i need to fill out

You need to file a Petition For Custody and have the mother agree to it or go to Court and have a custody hearing. Any contract involving a child must be approved by a Judge so even if the mother agrees you still need to obtain a Court Order signed by a Judge.
Mr. Smith also forgot about the ability to have her fill out an affidavit of paternity, which upon being properly signed, has the force of a court order. You can get the form online by using google "Affidavit of Paternity" and Nevada.
