Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

justice

I am seeking an organization that will help me. I feel my lawyer, judge and the system are not doing their job. The judge refuses to listen to important issues and my lawyer says Nevada has no justice and I feel he is not fighting for me in a just or proper manner. Hoping you can guide me to an organization that can give me mi rights/information/advice on many subjects, from abuse to property/financial distribution (fairly) Thank you

Re: justice

You need to get another lawyer. If he does not advocate for you, you need to replace him. If the judge does not listen, the argument needs to be presented in another way.

Unless the issue involves abuse or neglect, there is no one other than your lawyer to advocate for you; otherwise, there are agencies that might help but because they are non profit, their lawyers aren't very good because they pay them only about $40,000.

If you would like me to review what has happened, I charge One Hundred Dollars for an in person one hour consultation.
